1. In direct, control and co-ordinate all entertainment outlets’ activities.
指导，控制和协调所有娱乐区域的娱乐活动，宴会&表演
2. Managing all staffs to ensure their attitude and behaviors meet the company core value
管理所有员工，确保其态度，行为举止符合公司核心价值
3. Controlling and maintaining departmental equipments and facilities.
管理和维护所有娱乐部区域的设施设备
4. Ensuring all outlets meets its guest satisfaction objectives, hotel policies, hygiene, safety standards and revenue targets.
确保所有娱乐部区域符合客人的满意度、酒店政策、卫生与安全标准，完成收入目标。
